Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Arman’s account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

We use Canada Post to ship all orders within Canada. Shipping timelines are listed below:

Greater Toronto Area: 1-3 business days

Provinces outside of Ontario: 5-7 business days

*Expect shipping delays due to COVID-19

All shipments require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

To cancel an order, email us at info@armansjewellers.com and our team will cancel and refund the original method of payment for you. Keep in mind that we’re not able to cancel orders that include engraved items since they are already processed.

If you’re in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and would like to pick up your order at our Showroom, simply select the “local pickup” option at check out or reach out to us at info@armansjewellers.com before it ships.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery for store credit (issued as a gift card). You must include the original packaging, invoice and a return label. The item must also be in the condition in which it was received (unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Engraved items, earrings, custom orders & gift cards are exempt from Returns/Exchanges.

To submit a return, please contact customer service at info@armansjewellers.com to receive a return number. Once your return number has been obtained, please mail your return to:

*Don’t forget to include your return number somewhere visible on your package. The order will be returned to its original sender if the return number number is not visible or if the package has been damaged or tampered with. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be emailed to you through a gift card.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We’re unable to credit original shipping fees on any orders. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or credit them, even if the order is returned back to us.

We actually don’t offer exchanges, only return for store credit. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!

Product Care

The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page.

When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in the packaging it came in to prevent any scratches. Always remove your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays – or even better, always put your jewelry on last before heading out the door.

Gifting

Simply add your request along with any special notes you’d like included in your order in the gift message field at checkout. Our team will include a gift receipt in the package.

Select “Gift Card” under the Shop section and select your preferred value. The gift card will be sent digitally to the recipient email address that you include in the To (recipient) field.

Each order is beautifully packed in a signature Arman’s jewellery box.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Arman’s makes every effort to ensure that the prices displayed online and in-store are accurate. However, there may be the odd time that an error takes place (whether typographical, photographical, technical or any other type of error) on our website. In the event of mislabeled pricing, Arman’s reserves the right to refuse any sale at the incorrect price.

If the pricing of the merchandise is lower than our stated or scanned price, we will automatically charge you the lower amount and ship you the merchandise. If the correct price of the merchandise is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and cancellation. If the order has already processed on your credit card, then Arman’s will immediately refund your credit card.
